Ervin Šilić of Kanaba gave a talk on the use of industrial hemp in construction at the 11th Rengeo Hemp Symposium, held on 2 August 2026 in Krog, near Murska Sobota, Slovenia.
The symposium covered a range of topics related to hemp and agriculture. Marko Flajšman presented hemp cultivation in Central Europe and the Pomurska konoplja project. Aleksander Rengeo spoke about Slovenian biodynamic farmers in Sweden, while Luka Šparl discussed fungi in agricultural landscapes.
The gathering took place in a pleasant atmosphere at a hunting lodge near the Mura River, giving participants an opportunity to talk and share experiences. The symposium was organised by the Slovenian association Društvo IZVIR and hosted by Dejan Rengeo.
